I was walking downtown SB on Saturday around 1:30pm and saw this in the sky. It didn’t seem to be moving at all.
Curious if anyone else noticed it?

My guess would be a planet that is close enough right now to be visible during the day
The only planet visible (some times) during the day is Venus.
But only when it is in the “right” position vs. the sun and this is not the case now!
1:47 – Nothing like speculating with no factual basis, but seems par for the course.
There was a balloon identified as HBAL648 at 55.300 ft. w/ground speed of 3kts. moving (mostly) northward yesterday as per Flightradar24.
Well, guess what? I saw 4 of them Friday and 3 of them Saturday. Just accept the truth.

We saw it too it was moving very slowly north west. Hope vandenburg was watching it!!
