Does anybody know who the guy is on State Street who tells us that Noah’s Ark has been found, and he’s giving away free DVDs? He seems to have been standing outside the arts museum for years. I have to give him full marks for persistence, but I would like to know more about him.

I would if I could. I have no clue to who this dude is. I have never seen him and I am in that area all the time and for over a decade. Good luck on the search for him.
