Which one of the six choppers Big Billy has did they send up? Will he be asking for more as a result of this mission?

What is your point? There was one SB County chopper and one from CHP. They were on top of it after the suspect eluded deputies a second time, and called the capture. Very efficient, actually.

CHP finally tackled the guy, after he fled a Sheriff's Deputy (for the second time). He was arrested and booked for 459 PC, burglary. According to officers and witnesses, the individual acted strangely, talking to himself among other things.

Question: why did SBC OEM use text to alert people of the shelter in place? Why not the Emergency alert or Public Safety alert like they use during fires? Texts are a pretty poor medium for Shelter in Place.
