Power Outage Downtown

Edhat readers are reporting a power outage in certain areas of downtown Santa Barbara

Below reported by readers:

• 12:45 p.m. – lights are all off in the 500 block of State.
• 2:15 p.m. – Joe’s Cafe power cut. They look closed. Is this happening anywhere else?
• 3:00 p.m. – Good chunk of downtown around State and Cota has power off. Most businesses are closed. What is going on?
