What appeared to be a private jet flew over Solvang area ~2:53 pm Wednesday and was escorted by 2 Military looking Blackhawk helicopters. Somebody important on board?

One can assume that this was some military or government official arriving for an official visit (or maybe a wine tasting). Helicopters could easily escort the jet for the final leg of the trip–a sign of “respect” and a waste of taxpayer money.
