When do Campaign Signs Come Down?

Now that the election is over and our new Mayor has taken the oath of office shouldn’t all the old campaign signs be removed?

What is the responsibility of the candidates? I have seen a few of the above pictured candidate’s around town plus one or two of other past candidates here and there. We may have a special election in June for District 3 along with a Primary and a General Election in November should we be looking forward to more of the same?
