Has anyone had their home bolted to the foundation for earthquake safety? And if so were they happy with whatever engineer or contractor they used?
I need to take care of this with my older home and would appreciate any advice from people who have done it.

We had Mark at Markmiller Construction do ours several years ago. He did an excellent job. Clean and professional. I don’t know if he’s still doing earthquake bolting, but you could contact him and find out.
