Sirens on Highway 154?

Does anyone know what happened yesterday (Saturday, 12/18/21) around 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm in the afternoon on Highway 154?

I was at the Urgent Care on Las Pesetas and heard a bunch of emergency vehicle sirens going north on Highway 154.
It 1st sounded like fire trucks & paramedic vehicles, then we heard what sounded like a law enforcement vehicle, then what we think was an ambulance or more fire & rescue vehicles.

Anyone know what happened? Haven’t seen anything on any news sites about it.
