Scanner Reports 4-6-18

By Roger the Scanner Guy

I haven’t been feeling so well lately and that Quake did not help matters. I was feeling better but now I’m not for some reason. I get all shook up when there is an earthquake, my nerves get frayed and my body gets out of whack, things go out like my back, neck, knees. It’s really weird it’s happened in a couple quakes: the Northridge one I got thrown outta bed, (Here) on a 2nd floor, the Paso Robles one tore my knee outta joint, couldn’t walk normally for 3 weeks and it hurt like Hell. This one felt like a punch to the chest knocking my air out, the coffee I was holding splashed onto my tie-dye Dead shirt adding more color. The shelves shook, Little Fish Head was swinging back and forth in his aquarium and he looked quite annoyed. It went on for some time and then my guts started rolling for those of you that have weird Tummy’s YOU KNOW. It’s bad enough being nervous in public earthquakes, even small ones can be a terror to the guts, I took an Ativan first thing I’m just trying to mellow out now. That was a weird little Quake, I thought it was coming for me for a second. Things got better after the meds and a few tokes. I’m glad I wasn’t anywhere else, I would have been worried about the little dogs here at home all alone, Joey, Fish Head, and the mice Joey brought in. I cannot catch them so I might as well name them while they are here.

The Zapper has become a form of amusement for them as it goes off with no shock, they now enjoy setting it off, bassturds. I bought some other traps they just walk by laughing at me like Keebler Elves, non-lethal traps the humane kind that LIBERALS like me use. I even put a nice little snack in there for them. They are so cute I don’t like killing cute little things. The man at the garden store in the first block of North Milpas agreed with me on that the otter day though he did not have non lethal traps he only had the BAD ONES the ones that KILL. Not me though I’m a Gentle Giant with bad gas, and compassion for cute little things like mice course the ground probably shook em all outta their hiding places there will probably be more before there is less.
