ANSWER
This steel sculpture is a new addition to the local landscape. It was created by artist Brad Howe and sits in front of the contemporary art gallery, Caldwell Snyder, at 1266 Coast Village Road in Montecito. The gallery just opened last year, so this might have been a tricky one for anyone who hasn’t driven down Coast Village in a while.
