It’s probably a bit obvious by this mural that it’s somewhere near Solvang. If you’ve ever driven Highway 246 or stopped for gas at Jim’s Service Center, then you’ve seen this mural. It’s located on the back of a building complex that includes a few different buildings. We accepted any answer that mentioned Jim’s Service Center, Mission Drive or Highway 246, All Pawn store, or Salon Chic.
