Does anyone know why traffic was turned back in the area of Cachuma Lake on Highway 154 on the morning of February 15, 2018? There were no visible signs leaving Santa Ynez, only a “Road Closure” sign and a CHP vehicle turning traffic away around 9:15 a.m. There seem to be no reports about the closure, no apps were alerted, and no online references to anything in the area, yet, a number of cars were turned back at that time.
