The 150th birthday of Stearns Wharf was celebrated on Saturday, October 8, with a day-long series of events.
Kicking things off in the morning was the appearance of the Mystic Whaler sailing by Stearns Wharf, accompanied by cannon fire from both the ship and the wharf, at the same time as a free performance by Opera Santa Barbara.
