What kind of project is taking place adjacent to northbound Highway 101 near Patterson. It quite a project. Is it a flood area buffer?

No, they meant what they said. Near Patterson ( or East of there ) at 101 N-bound. I guess you’re geographically challenged as north of Patterson which runs due north and south until then would be out by San Jose Creek.
