CHP is involved in a high-speed pursuit of a suspect right now. It started near Highway 101 southbound near La Cumbre. Suspect exited Mission and is now driving through the neighborhood up to 90mph.

if he is already going 90 off of the 101, they should have ceased the pursuit to prevent injury or death to people in town, and called in a bird for support. can’t escape whats in the air.
The guy never went 90 until he got on NB 101 at Castillo, he was doing 30 to 50 in the City. Chopper was requested but couldn’t respond for 30 minutes, by which time they had spiked and arrested the guy, who didn’t resist (thus avoiding a dog bite from the K9). This one was textbook.
