High Speed Chase and Suspect Search in Downtown Santa Barbara

I don't thnk Sheriff Brown's Helicopter has EVER located / caught a perpitraitor in all it's service... Could this be the FIRST...?

Vehicle is a white Honda Accord and was parked on the top of the Paseo Nuevo parking garage, suspects fled. Described as a Hispanic Adult Female wearing a black sweatshirt and a Hispanic Adult Male wearing a white shirt, blue shorts, and carrying a white backpack.  The female was last seen near Canon Perdido and the male seen toward De La Guerra but cops do have a man stopped on the westside matching this description, unclear if it's related at this time. 

Aerial and ground search for one male and one female. This was called in as a suspicious vehicle and matched the description of the stolen vehicle.

Helicopter is circling above Paseo Nuevo Mall as law enforcement searches for 2 suspects believed to be connected to the stolen vehilce and high speed pursuit.

According to the Scanner the vehicle is reported to be stolen and was traveling at speeds of 120mph. Front end appears to have some damage to a headlight and was last seen in Mission Canyon but doesn't appear to be located at this time.

Not hearing anything on Broadcastify but they only have Sheriff and & Fire I think.
