Former Gentle Dental Building Construction?

Does anyone know what is going into the former Gentle Dental building on Gutierrez and State Streets? There’s been a lot of construction and it appears they’ve gutted the space inside. It’s a great spot for another brewery (kidding! although I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what goes in). Cheers Santa Barbara.
