Driving Around Town

By Joe DeLise
As a newcomer to California and Santa Barbara from the NYC metro area, I've been pleasantly surprised to see the quantity and quality of cars, especially older ones on the road around town.
People really do LOVE their cars here!
Here's a new addition to edhat, car sightings around town. Can readers guess the year, make and model of these?

Nov 19, 2022 11:01 AM*JUST MARRIED** = '65 T-Bird, the other "Bird" (turq.) I think is a '55? The rusty missing /falling out headlight is supposed to be an easy one but I'm fumbling on that one...

probably hiding something impressive under that hood, the wheels are a "tell"? Love the effort to hide it under that patina...

Nov 20, 2022 01:04 PMThe Comet is a '63 and funny that there are three shots of the same '65 bird.
