Ant Invasions

We cannot be alone in constantly having to repel ants in the house. Particularly over the past 3-4 weeks it seems to be constant battle of tracing the lines back to the point of entry and dealing with them. They are cunning though, and constantly finding new ways in and around the ant powder I’m using. What ideas and suggestions do people have as this is driving me slowly mad?
