Alisal Fire is Declared “Out”

No, it started several miles south of the ranch, about twice as far south as the ranch and Alisal Lake. The first unit on the scene calls the fire and first in was south of Alisal Rd. near the curve before Nojoqui so that was the only landmark to use.
