I need to replace some windows at my house. Does anyone have a referral for a local company with good rates and job quality? thank you.

Don’t forget to get a permit for that.
I can personally recommend Mark and the team at yourhandymansb dot com – they helped guide me through the different window materials and manufacturers, and then did a great installation. The quality of installation outside (wood siding and stucco) and inside (new framing and molding) was excellent. We ended up selecting Milgard fiberglass single-hung windows as being good looking, very functional and cost effective, but there are many other vendors to evaluate.
