CellTek on Hollister Ave. Owner is awesome and prices are reasonable. Been going there for years, the owner Gilbert is a great guy.

L00929 - I think you misunderstood the question. If I am right it is kind of funny. I think the OP is looking for someone to repair a window screen. I think the OP is looking for someone who'll drive to their home and repair the screen there. Therefore the " mobile" part of the question. I've had good luck with Mobile Screens of Santa Barbara Call the screen specialists at (805) 562-8448 . I've used them once years ago on a small job so I do not have to much comparison information.

I've had good luck with the little store in Paseo Nuevo at the north west end just opposite to Sephora cosmetics.
