What’s going on in Montecito? Traffic around Coast Village Circle and all side streets total gridlock in afternoon…freeway is like a parking lot…this is not sustainable.

It always cracks me up when I read questions like this, as if this is a new phenomena in SB, and more astonishingly, that it might go away! HA! Bring back the stoplights on 101!!
