AnonymousDoes anyone know what is causing the traffic to be backed up on the 900 block of San Pascual St. for people trying to get onto Carrillo St.? It’s been this way since 8:00 AM today.

It’s ALWAYS ugly, there. So many people don’t understand right-of-way or yield laws, around here. It’s no wonder road-rage is rife, with so many entitled morons. Maybe the state can put out some PSA’s, in multiple languages, please, and in the simplest terms possible, about our laws and how to drive legally. Not that it will help; everyone’s special here, apparently.
