A tractor-trailer, which was hauling another tractor, had a solo vehicle accident on Highway 1 near Highway 135 in Orcutt early Saturday morning.
At 2:44 am Saturday, Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the area near the Y split for a report of a driver trapped from a collision. Upon arrival, crews found the driver had self-extricated and declined treatment on the scene.
Traffic was diverted around the area and the CHP is investigating the cause of this incident.
