Three people sustained injuries early Tuesday due to an RV that caught fire in Santa Maria.
At 12:33 a.m., Santa Barbara County Firefighters responded to the 3500 block of Skyway Drive for a reported vehicle fire.
Upon arrival, crews discovered an RV fully involved in fire at a construction site with three people inside.
County and Santa Maria City firefighters contained and knocked down the fire within twenty minutes, preventing extension to nearby building construction.
Two males and one female were transported to Marian Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
