Suspect with a Knife at Calle Real Center

Apparently, a fight resulted in a subject brandishing a knife. One subject detained, knife recovered, one subject still unaccounted for. Sheriff, CHP, Fire and AMR on scene. Not sure if they were fighting over the abundance of parking or if it was another issue.
