Car Fire Extends to House Off Patterson Ave

A vehicle fire extended to a home near Patterson Ave on Tuesday.

At 10:34 a.m., Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to the 700 block of Cathedral Pointe Lane.

The Fire Department stated the vehicel fire extended to a garage and a residence. The vehicle was removed from the garage and promptly extinguished at 10:47 a.m.

All residents were able to safely evacuate the home, there were no injuries.

Structure Fire Response Off Patterson Ave

Santa Barbara County firefighters on the scene of a structure fire in the 700 block of Cathedral Pointe Lane, this is near the intersection of Patterson Ave and Cathedral Oaks Rd.

Call came in about smoke and flames coming from a single-family home around 10:30 a.m. (Tues).

Crews saw the fire in the garage and approaching the house. They were able to extinguish the fire. No injuries, some units are back in service.
