Santa Barbara County firefighters extinguished a fire at Pea Soup Andersen’s in Buellton Sunday night.
At 11:40 p.m. crews arrived at 310 Avenue of the Flags after a passerby noticed flames and called 9-1-1.
Firefighters quickly contained the fire the southwest corner of the roof exterior, preventing interior extension.
The fire was knocked down at 12:02 a.m. without any reported injuries.
The hotel connected to the restaurant was not affected by the fire.
The cause is under investigation.
