On March 11, 2022, at about 3:00 P.M., investigators from the Oxnard Police Department’s Family Protection Unit arrested 37-year old Santa Barbara resident Graham Fusch.  Mr. Fusch is a Registered Nurse and works in the Emergency Room at Saint John’s Regional Medical Center in Oxnard. Mr. Fusch was arrested for sexually assaulting one of his patients in the emergency room.

The victim was a patient in the emergency room. During the visit, the victim alleged that Mr. Fusch digitally penetrated her.  In addition, he removed his penis and asked her to orally copulate him during the emergency room visit.

  1. The allegation should definitely be taken seriously and investigated. Until evidence/collaberation proves him guilty or innocent, comments are premature. Innocent until proven guilty, not guilt by accusation.

  2. I have a crazy idea. I just don’t we let this guy get tried in the criminal court system. If he’s found guilty THEN we can pile on with the self righteous, venal, virtue signaling “I hope he gets butt raped in prison forever” comments. Its not like the media is 100% correct when it convicts people. Again, a crazy idea.
