A driver escaped serious injuries when his vehicle went out of control and rolled over on the 1300 block of San Andres Street about 1:30 this morning.
It hit a parked car and landed on its side. The driver got out and said he was avoiding a dog. Police investigated and said drugs and alcohol were not a factor. The street was closed for about an hour while the scene was cleaned up.
