There are about 6 police cars and several more unmarked cars with the road blocked and lots of people sitting on the curb talking to police.

SWAT is on scene, surrounding an apartment complex. Ordering people out by gunpoint. This could be related to the shooting/stabbing that Andrew reported earlier this week.
