Santa Barbara Police are looking for a stabbing suspect that reportedly attacked another man about noon today.  The incident happened in the area of Victoria and Chapala streets.

Investigators say a small pocket knife was involved. Nearby, not far from the Twelve35 Teen Center and Louise Lowry Davis Center, yellow tape was out by a dumpster as part of the investigation.

Other officers were looking for evidence and surveillance video in the mid-block area of West Victoria.  Officers say drugs may be linked to the attack, and the public was not at risk.
