Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Deputies are responding to a barricaded subject in Isla Vista.
The Sheriff’s Office posted an alert on Twitter stating, “Deputies are speaking with a barricaded subject at 897 Camino Del Sur in Isla Vista. Please avoid the area.”
Approximately 30 minutes later the Sheriff’s Office reported the suspect was safely in custody.
