Please Secure your Animals During Fireworks
By Roger the Scanner Guy
Every Year during the Fireworks on the 4th of July I hear stray dog calls mostly, some cats too running in fear during the Fireworks, some run in traffic and get killed. Please secure your animals.

Jul 04, 2021 10:22 PMAnimal Control has an after hours number - 564-6862. I called there after a neighbors dog took off after thunder, and was being watched by someone else. They were so helpful and so eager to try to find the dog. It was amazing

Jul 06, 2021 10:18 AMI think this is County, I don't thing City has an after-hours number. You just call dispatch and see if someone is available. If they are not, I don't think they will respond unless it is a major incident.
