A person lost their life..
So to those who would dare cry that
" Oh, my day was ruined by their selfishness"..is the epitome of a spolied & selfish piece of garbage.
It's not about us..it's about the poor, deceased person, not whether YOU can "approve" of their reasoning or not.
As you look down-your-nose at the world, be careful that a fly doesn't up it.

A friend used to walk his dog along the tracks in that area listening to music with ear buds. Didn't hear the train coming and was very seriously injured and nearly died. If you are on the tracks trains don't make as much noise as you think.
Dog didn't get hit

Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Train Near Modoc

Traumatic experience for a train-load of people during the most heavily-used time of the year and goodbye to a grand-stander screwing up other people's plans because he believed his life wasn't worth living. If that's any example, I have to agree.
