Feb 02, 2023 02:00 PMNothing at all to do with speed, but everything to do about being able to properly drive a vehicle. If you are going to drive, then drive. Pay attention with both hands on the wheel. If you are talking to a person in the car, do not turn your head to address them eye-to-eye....it's okay to talk, but keep your eyes on the road while paying attention to traffic/animals/debris/rocks and such. Pull over if you MUST text, talk on your phone, check for directions, but please do not text/eat/drink/etc. Keep it real people and if you are not capable of driving, then maybe it's time to give up the car so the rest of us can live without having folks crash, roll over, swerve, or otherwise ruin their day and our day.
