The Oxnard Police Department is currently searching for a missing 75 year old at-risk adult male identified as Raymond French. Mr. French was last seen in the 4400 block of Harbor Boulevard, in the city of Oxnard, on July 18th, 2017, at 1:30 PM. He was driving a 2013 dark blue Chrysler Town & Country van with an Arizona disabled license plate, JMR86.
Mr. French has been diagnosed with a cognitive disorder and is in need of medication. Mr. French is described as a white male, 5’-7”, 195 pounds with gray hair, and brown eyes. Mr. French was last seen wearing a tan baseball hat, grey shirt, red shorts, and a black brace on his left knee.
