Domestic violence situation has PD take over almost an entire block on mission street in Santa Barbara this afternoon.
One male suspect taken into custody. As the investigation occurred, at least 6 police vehicles were parked in the red on the 300 block of W. Misson St. An Ambulance and another police cruiser parked on Castillo street around the corner. Thus, forcing drivers to merge in to the number two lane headed west during rush hour.
