Thousands flocked to Mission Santa Barbara for the annual Old Spanish Days La Fiesta Pequeña on Wednesday evening.

Since 1927, locals have taken in the colorful dance performances on the Mission steps. Franciscans welcomed all to this official opening of Old Spanish Days Fiesta with KEYT News anchor Beth Farnsworth as the host.

La Fiesta Pequeña, or “Little Fiesta”, showcased traditional songs and dance from Californios Spirit with striking costumes and flair.
