The Caltrans Santa Barbara Maintenance team will be working along US Highway 101 next week in the following locations:
- The No. 3 (right) lane of northbound US 101 from Salinas Street to Milpas Street, the northbound US 101 on-ramp at Salinas Street and the northbound US 101 off-ramp at Milpas Street will be closed on Monday, Sept. 30 from 9 am until 3 pm for landscape maintenance.
- The northbound US 101 off-ramp at Cabrillo Street will be closed on Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 9 am until 3 pm for landscape maintenance and irrigation work.
- The No. 1 (left) lane of southbound US 101 from Micheltorena Street to Garden Street will be closed on Wednesday, Oct. 2 from 9 am until 3 pm to remove dead palms in the center median.
- The southbound No. 3 (right) lane of US 101 will be closed from Olive Mill Road to Los Patos Way on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 9 am until 3 pm for tree work. This work may continue at this location on Friday, Oct. 4 from 9 am until 3 pm, if necessary.
Caltrans reminds motorists to move over and slow down when driving through highway construction zones.
