Apparently, the paperwork is signed and IHOP on Calle Real will be closing its doors.
The word on the street is they will be reopening at a location in the same lot as the DMV in Goleta. Their lease ran out and could not be favorably renegotiated. Thankfully, they are not going away, they are just moving to the opposite end of Goleta. Yay for IHOP!
