I wonder what their parents, sibs, bosses (if they're working), church affiliation (if they have one), neighbors are saying. These don't look as dim as some of the guys do in mug shots. A male's brain area for judgement, discrimination & inhibition of impulses doesn't fully mature until 23 or 24. Since young men feel compelled to do so many bizarre things, maybe it's a positive for getting a crack at the female breeding stock? It isn't a plus for forming lasting relationships, but then males don't get pregnant so that isn't a constraint.

I hear what you are saying about brain development, but the majority of men this age manage to avoid doing stuff quite this stupid. You young men out there: what stops you from acting on dumb ideas like this?

As already noted by a previous poster, this is an INCREDIBLY stupid act to begin with but more so due to IVs history. Hopefully the serious charges of conspiracy and felony assault will stick and send a message.

This is extra heinous given what happened in IV just a few years ago when several people were gunned down by that lunatic. So many people there are still traumatized from that event and to come (I’ll say allegedly before people come at me for assuming they’re guilty based on their arrest alone) shoot at them (even with a non lethal weapon) is despicable
