For anyone that is in a mandatory evacuation area without transportation, busses and vans will be picking up individuals at the Franklin Center (1136 E. Montecito Street) and transporting them to the Red Cross Shelter at the UCSB Recreation Center. A current map and masks are available at the Franklin Center. For questions, call (805) 897-2582.
