I and 11 of my neighbors on Paradise Road have all received in the mail an Unemployment Assistance Award for a person with the name of Dominick Banks Jr and the other letters have just the last name of Banks with a different first name. The letter shows maximum benefit amounts for each letter of $7878.00 with a weekly benefit of $202.00. Who do we contact to do something about this scam? Monday morning all of our mailboxes were left open from someone looking through our mail.

Can you put up a locking mailbox that the USPS can open but not other members of the public?

I got one of those too. Was sent to my company. We have no one by that name here, so I sent it back stating so. It was Mark Banks, and I didn't open it.
