A helicopter doing slow loops and sirens startled residents on Hollister Ave. early Thanksgiving Day morning.
Nearly a dozen police vehicles surrounded the suspect’s vehicle which came to a stop pointing south in the northbound lanes in the 7300 block of Hollister Ave.
