Early Morning Structure Fire at Goleta Apartment Building

Santa Barbara County firefighters responded to an early morning structure fire in a Goleta apartment complex on Friday.

At 6:36 a.m., crews arrived at 387 Cannon Green Drive and discovered smoke coming from the second story of the multi-home building.

County Fire Captain Scott Safechuck stated there were three units affected by the fire. Residents were able to self evacuate from the building and there were no reported injuries.

The fire was knocked down at 7:18 a.m. and all occupants were able to return to their homes.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.

  1. Curious as to the correct (?) address. I’ve looked for this on google and it comes back as a non-excitant marker that’s pretty much at Hollister. Best match I could find is 359? This seems to be the complex at the West side of Greensboro Street & Cannon Green Drive…
