Carpinteria Boy Scouts Christmas Tree Lot Opens Saturday

Source: Carpinteria Boy Scouts

The Carpinteria Boy Scouts will be selling beautiful, top quality Christmas trees this holiday season.  By having this annual fundraiser most scouting costs are covered.

During a backpacking trip in 2018, Carpinteria’s Troop 50 put out a fire that could have scorched the Emigrant Wilderness.  During the pandemic, our scouts have also been busy; performing trail maintenance, planting indigenous plants along walkways in the city, and several ongoing Eagle Scout projects promise to further benefit the community for years to come.

In order to join scouting, youth must be between 1st grade through 18 years old.  Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that will influence their adult lives.

This is the last scout-run, non-profit tree lot left in the greater Santa Barbara area.

The Christmas tree lot is located at 1532 Linden Ave. in the field behind Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Carpinteria.

The first trees arrive on Saturday after Thanksgiving!  Sales on Saturday the 28th start at 1:00 pm.

Hours of Operation:
Mon-Fri 3pm-8:30pm
Sat-Sun 9:30am-6:30pm

We accept credit cards!

Bring a little Christmas into your house this holiday season!  Please support our local scouting families by purchasing a Christmas tree that will benefit the Boy Scouts.
