Google Maps list the complete street as “Broadmoor Plaza” with the intersection @ Richland Drive having that complete verbiage on the sign? …here goes nothing (Dec 2022):

The City sign department makes these types of errors from time to time. Advising Public Works usually results in a corrected sign – eventually. For ex Stanwood (named for a City leader Sam Stanwood) came out as Standwood once…
San Pascual once had this issue too. One intersection south of Carrillo Street spelled it “San Pasqual.”
