Around 8:30pm Thursday there was a report on the police scanner of a bald-headed subject that either tried to or threatened to use a chain to pull or amputate someone’s arm off.
Now that is weird. Hope all is well.

When I read the headline, I thought it meant someone had left a large battery in the street. Wondered why it was newsworthy. 🙂
